I can honestly say that I learn something new whenever Mack speaks. I won't claim to know a lot about Mack however, he always gives these tidbits of knowledge when he sits down to talk. Through his conversation he seems older than his age, like he has definitely lived a full life. Hot 97 sat down with Mr Tristan Paul Mack Wilds and he gave an earful (as usual). Now I know a few things about Mack, I can always take more in.

Taking my foot up off the brake

"Today will be the day that I let go of all the pain, taking my foot up off the brake, I gotta let it go, let it go."

This is my new anthem!! Mack never knew when he was making this song that this inspire me to do just that. Let it go!! Starting today I will put my foot on the gas and just go. Gotta live life, gotta do for me. I will just live and not worry abt anything, it's just life and I gotta live mine.  Doesn't matter what will happens, I will keep moving forward because I have to. My foot has been on the brake for too long. I have let the pain of yesterday has caused me to stop my life, my progression in this life that we live. My thoughts about yesterday's pain had me too consumed to progress however today is a new day. It is time for something new. It is time for a new day, a new start. And I just have to proceed with my life.

Remember, Remember Macks first Ep

So how many Mack Wilds Fans has heard Mack's first mixtape? I had heard a few songs before but could never find his first Ep. There was at least one video for one of just songs from it. He tweeted about rereleasing the mixtape to his drones of fans that he has acquired since his last tour. Since people are just now getting a taste of who Mack really is. I looked on the net previously for the mixtape but could never find it. Only for him mention it and boom it appears on soundcloud. Of course I had to download it. I had heard a few songs before however I didn't have that Ep before now. So I was a little miffed because Mack tweeted that he sold "Cold" to Singer Dave Hollister for his latest album but okay. "Cold" is a great song but Mack still has his video "Cold" on YouTube. Of course I listened and got my full Mack experience without going to see him live.

• This blog is dedicated to one of my favorite actor, singer, rapper, writer. All around renaissance man Mack Wilds. He has been one of my favorite persons of interest since I saw him acting on "The Wire". I was a fan of his acting. Then I discovered that he sung and rapped. I was done!!
